Statistically different results have been obtained in seed blowing tests carried out on fifteen Panicum maximum Jacq. seed samples in two General seed blowers. The tests were performed on 5.0 g - seed samples during 3 minutes at a 17 or 18, and 17 opening mark for IAC and CATI seed blower, respectively. Although both seed blowers have presented accurated recordings, the IAC-seed blower, r showed the best results at 18-opening mark while the CATI-seed blower presented them at 17-opening mark.
