Total phenols were extract by ethanol 80% from three forest embryos and seed coat species. Its quantification were done by standard curve adjustment. The result showed clear diferences on phenol constituents between the three species. On seed coat there were variations as 0,329 to 1,342mg equiv. catecol.g, while on the embryos the values of the variation were from 0,016 to 0,495mg equiv. catecol.g. The inhibition is variable according the specie and the place where it were found.
