EFFECT OF DIFERENT PRE-TREATMENT AND THE ALLUMINIUM CONCENTRATION IN THE GERMINATIVE PROCESS OF Copaifera langsdorffli DESF.

SONIA CRISTINA J.G. DE A. PEREZ E CARLOS HENRIQUE B. DE A. PRADO

Copaifera langsdorffli seeds were subjected to several germinative pre-treatment: currient water (24, 48, 72h), imersion in sulfuric acid during 5, 10 and 20?, imersion in boiling water (5, 10, 15?), dry cold (6h), dry hot (6h), imersion in eter (20?), imersion in acetona (20?), mechanical abrasion, tegument punction. All the experiment were carried out at 30°C in Petri dishi with filter paper moistered with captan 0,2%. The greatest values of rate and percentage was observed in seeds imersed in eter (20?). The germination process was inhibited by dry hot application (6h) and by water boiled treatment (5, 10 and 20?). The percentage of germination decreased in the 3,2 and 4,0m.e.Al+/100ml treatments. The rate was decreased only in the 4m.e./Al+/100ml treatment.
