This work was carried out to determine the number of seeds per replicate and evaluate the performance of the seeds of Palisade grass according to Weibull function with three parameters. Seeds from one commercial lot were germinated without the Iemma and palea on germitest paper in a gerbox. The combination of the data set with the function of Weibull was ?dose to linear? when two hundreds seeds per replicate were germinated according to temperature of 35°C. The seeds last 30.34 hours to germinte 63.21 per cent of the maximum equal to 53.30.
